Douglas Wright
Chief Speechwriter / Brand Strategist / Executive Coach
With over two decades of experience as a speechwriter, creative director, and brand strategist, Douglas Wright has helped CEOs and other executive leadership at Fortune 500 companies in the US and across the globe discover their voice and bring their visions to life on stage through legendary speeches.
From national sales meetings to industry conventions, Douglas works in close partnership with executive leadership and production companies to synthesize bold ideas into strategic purpose-driven narratives that capture the company ethos and inspire audiences to become ambassadors for the brand and the mission.
In addition to speechwriting, Douglas has worked in the NYC communications industry as a professional writer & editor, creative director & producer along with various communications roles (most recently as Communications Director for Quest Diagnostics during the pandemic).
He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte and Acting/Improv training from The Second City. In his spare time, he writes novels, runs a literary magazine for emerging writers, and regularly performs on stage in NYC.
J.W. Bentley
Production Coordinator / Executive Coach
J.W. Bentley is screenwriter, actor, and story production coordinator in Los Angeles.
With two decades of experience in film and live theater production, he’s a project management / production wunderkind with a dynamic range of skills from speechwriting, storyboarding, previsualization workflow, logistics, and professional performance coaching.
He’s an MFA graduate of the prestigious UCLA Screenwriting program with many scripts in the works and currently optioned for production.
